On the nose: Peach, overripe pineapple
On the palate: A light, crisp wine with some stone fruit sweetness and little acidity
On the plate: The sweeter notes in this sauvignon blanc would pair well with dry cheeses or ice cream.
Our take: We’d take this by the glass on a warm day, poolside or swinging on a porch swing. It doesn’t have much complexity, making it a good go-to in your cooler. It’s also a stunner on the counter.
