Father’s Day may not be the brunch occasion Mother’s Day has become, but there are restaurants around the city offering something special in honor of the dads out there. Here’s where to find them.

Bistro La Bon
This Plaza Midwood restaurant will serve brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with prime rib on the menu.

Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen/Lodge
Local chef and cooking instructor Alyssa Wilen of Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen will demonstrate some grilling techniques on a Big Green Egg at the Lodge Cast Iron store in Concord, with specials going on in-store.

Napa on Providence
Enjoy three courses at brunch ($34) or dinner ($55). The brunch menu includes classics such as steak and eggs, frittata, and chicken and waffles. The dinner menu includes a personal favorite, the duck duo, as well as a prime NY strip, grilled salmon, and dry-aged pork chop among the entrée options.

Stoke
On Father’s Day, the restaurant inside the Uptown Marriott will offer its usual brunch. On Friday and Saturday evenings, however, the team will serve a 35-ounce dry-aged tomahawk steak for $95.

Stroke
Indoor mini golf course/cocktail bar Stroke will host a U.S. Open viewing party, with brunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will also be live jazz from 1 to 3 p.m. If you’re staying at home, Stoke is selling a gift pack for Father’s Day, which includes a round of mini golf, a t-shirt, and a drink voucher to sister concept The Royal Tot for $50.

Sweet Lew’s BBQ
Pick up a gift pack that includes two of this Belmont neighborhood ‘cue spot’s signature sauces, a dry rub, and a hat, koozie, and t-shirt for $55.

Twenty Degrees Chocolates
Snag a box of chocolates from this local chocolatier, with flavors selected for a nine-piece Father’s Day arrangement, including rye whiskey and root beer caramel ($27). You can also pick up a giant heart bonbon with bourbon caramel, and pecan praline crunch ($14).
