We know chefs can cook great food, but where do they eat when they’re not cooking for guests or themselves? In this series, we ask a member of the restaurant industry to share their favorite five local restaurants (not including their own) and what they order. Chef turned cheesemaker and entrepreneur Zack Gadberry of Uno Alla Volta loves going out to places for lunch with his wife and daughter. He tries to not stick to one type of cuisine and looks for good food no matter where the location might be. –Justin Burke-Samson
