Q&A: Porchetta and a correction

Q: Can anyone point me in the right direction to find somewhere that offers well prepared, authentic Porchetta?
Kristen: We’ve discussed this on the team, but we’ve mostly only seen porchetta in the winter! You can find it on the menu at Ever Andalo, however. It’s also sometimes available as a special at Mano Bella. During colder months, I’ve enjoyed it at Stagioni and Haymaker. We’ll keep an eye out for you as we hit fall!
Q: The Dot Dot Dot anniversary week for tiki starts next Thursday not today. I might have read that wrong but wanted to call it out in case I didn’t.
Kristen: Ugh, thank you for letting me know — you’re absolutely right. Dot Dot Dot’s anniversary week begins on Monday, and will kick off with a tiki takeover next Thursday. I guess I’m just super excited. My sincere apologies for the error!
