Cheers! It’s Negroni Week

Here’s which restaurants and bars are participating

Aria's negroni

Negroni Week celebrates the classic gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari cocktail. Kristen Wile/UP

Each year, Imbibe magazine and Campari organize Negroni Week. Running from June 24 to June 30, the celebration of the cocktail — made traditionally with gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari — takes place at bars around the world. Restaurants around the world make a donation to one of the event’s official charities to be part of it, and can donate a portion of negroni sales if they wish.

Both Dogwood and Dot Dot Dot, for example, chose CORE (Children of Restaurant Employees); many restaurants opted to donate to No Kid Hungry. On top of the initial donation, most restaurants are donating additional money from each sale of the drinks. Here’s a list of restaurants that are participating and what they’re serving. —Kristen Wile
