Order the classic cocktail to benefit charity

This week is Negroni Week, a celebration of the classic cocktail running Sept. 12-18 that benefits charity. A collaboration between Campari (a classic negroni essential) and cocktail-focused publication Imbibe, Negroni Week promotes restaurants around the country serving the drink. A portion of each negroni sold will benefit charity, with Slow Food, a nonprofit working to preserve foodways, as the benefactor. In the past, restaurants were able to choose one of several charities. Since launching in 2013, Negroni Week has brought in more than $3 million for charities.
