Q: When is Mezzo Market opening? It looks so close!

Tom: Very very soon! Word has it they are doing a friends-and-family pre-opening this weekend. That typically means opening day will be shortly after that. Like you, we are excited to experience the new Plaza Midwood market and bar in the former Segan Food Mart space.

Q:  Where can I buy some top-quality Japanese wagyu to cook at home?

Tom: Your best bet is Prime Fish Cellar in Cotswold. Chef Robin Anthony typically keeps some A5 wagyu in his coolers for sale to the public, along with other rare food items.
