    Mother’s Day is only a few weeks away, which means it’s time to start making plans. Charlotte area restaurants and shops have already started accepting orders and reservations to help you celebrate. This year, your options include caviar tasting experiences, lemon rosemary brick chicken, zucchini frittata, strawberry shortcake torte, blood orange tiramisu, and more.

    Angeline’s, Uptown
    Mother’s Day brunch includes blueberry pancakes, a garden frittata, french toast, tossed local greens salad, a dessert board of chocolate-dipped strawberries, cannoli, tiramisu, truffles, and more. $45 per person. $20 for kids. Make a reservation online

    Church & Union, Uptown 
    Menu offerings include raw oysters, smoked salmon mini bagels, fried mac and cheese, waffles, assorted macarons, lemon butter cookies, and more. Complimentary bloody mary or mimosa. 9 a.m.-5 p.m. $70 per person and $35 for children 12 and under. Make reservations online

    The family-style brunch includes creamed corn deviled eggs, crispy brussels, three pea salad, guava basted ham, lamb meatballs, sweet potato mash, carrots, salted caramel chocolate torte, crispy chocolate candy, and more. 10 a.m.-6 p.m. $55+ for adults and $19+ for kids under 12.     Three-course prix fixe brunch (appetizer, first course, and entree) beginning at 10:30 a.m. $45. Specialty Mother’s Day cocktails also available at an additional charge. Make reservations online.

    There will be a brunch with seatings from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Menu offerings include deviled eggs, Carolina farm salad, hanger steak and fries, fish schnitzel, asparagus, matcha tiramisu, and more. Make a reservation online.

    Mano Bella Artisan Foods, SouthPark
    The Mother’s Day lunch includes a six-course menu with an optional wine pairing. Menu offerings include fried caprese salad with a basil reduction, NC tuna steak, blood orange tiramisu, and more. 1-3:30 p.m. $95-$140. Reserve a table online.

    Omakase by Prime Fish, Cotswold
    Two special dinners on the two days leading up to Mother’s Day. On Friday, May 10, the “Mother’s Day Dinner with Master Sommelier Sara Guterbock” is a 16-course tasting menu featuring caviar, seasonal fishes, and more, paired with champagne/wine/and or sake. $550/person. The “Mother’s Day Caviar Dinner” on Saturday, May 11, is a caviar-focused 16-course tasting with pairings. $500/person. Make reservations online.

    Opening early (noon) on Mother’s Day serving its full menu of steaks — including Australian wagyu filet and bone-in strips — plus fresh seafood and a multitude of sides and desserts. Make reservations online.

    Reigning Doughnuts, NoDa
    On Mother’s Day, the shop will offer a fondant-decorated doughnut with spring colors and shapes. Chocolate macaroon, a seasonal flavor, will be offered as well as the Sunday flavor, peanut butter banana.

    Mother’s Day brunch includes shrimp and grits, blueberry crumb cake, fresh broccoli salad, and more. Serves six guests for $159.99. Serves 10 guests for $239.99. The mom’s favorite trio package includes key lime pie, biscuits with whipped butter and fresh berry jam, and lavender lemonade cocktail mix. $45.99. Place orders online.
