The Style: It has the firmness of gouda, with a creamy texture.
Flavor Profile: Cashew, hazelnut with honey and lemon
How to Enjoy: A good dessert cheese with a tart apple. On your cheeseboard with a drizzle of honey. Thinly sliced for a grilled cheese with mustard and pickles.

Extra Reading: This cheese is hand crafted from a small heritage dairy herd in Kentucky. The area around Kenny’s farm is not known for cheese making. Kenny hopes to change that perception. The herd uses no antibiotics.
