On the nose: Raspberry, floral, hint of rosewater, delicate pepper
On the palate: Dry, refreshing, beautiful mousse, tarragon
On the plate: Drink as an aperitif with mixed appetizers, or alongside Thai or Korean food

Our take: This wine is very food-oriented. The Prosecco Rosé region is newly designated. There are more Rosés coming from this region.

Fun fact: The main grape is Glera — just as in white Prosecco — enhanced by 15 percent pinot nero to provide the beautiful pink color. The Ruggeri family has been making wine in the Valdobbiadene region for over 150 years. This is a case worthy purchase — if there is any left after I stock up!
