Our take: This bottle of bubbles from France’s Loire Valley has just enough strawberry notes to add a hint of fruit without taking away from the wine’s dryness. Drinking pink remains on trend this season, and Bouvet’s sparkling rosé is a definite summer sipper with a saltiness that makes it seem tailor-made for the seaside.
