Noble Smoke
Jim Noble’s barbecue restaurant in West Charlotte will have its usual meat-by-the-pound offerings, including chopped pork, brisket, and ribs. You can also select family-size sides, such as collards, mac-and-cheese, and butter beans, in up to half-pans, ready to reheat at home. Order online for pickup or delivery.

Patrick’s Gourmet
Home delivery service Patrick’s Gourmet is theming its delivery for Memorial Day on Monday with a salad followed by pulled pork, roasted corn, potato salad, and French-style cassoulet beans. Dessert is a rustic apple tart. Meals cost $33 per person, and include a starter, main, and dessert, with menus released each week. Order online before noon day of delivery.

Sweet Lew’s Barbecue
Order meat by the pound, as well as family-style classic barbecue sides, from this Belmont barbecue shop. There will also be rib tips and pickled ramp sausage.
