Where to find Easter and Passover meals in Charlotte

This year, Easter weekend and Passover begin on April 15. As you start to plan for Easter celebrations, preparing a meal at home for your family is one aspect of the holidays you can leave to the professionals.
These Charlotte area restaurants offer a variety of dine-in and takeout options that’ll mean less time in the kitchen and more time with family on Easter.
Passover
Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen
Menu options include braised brisket, braised beef pot roast, roasted eggplant, asparagus, caramelized broccoli, root vegetable kugel, matzah brittle, chocolate-almond torte, and more. A seder plate pack will also be offered. It includes roasted lamb bone, parsley, salt water, vegetable, one hard boiled egg, and a pint of pear and fig charoset. Yafo Kitchen
Yafo’s menu includes protein options that feed six guests for $39.99. Sides feed eight to 10 guests for $29.99. Desserts are $15 each. Options include red wine braised brisket, lamb shanks with carrots, potatoes, and dates, Shai’s brussels, Yafo’s Turkish corn, mashed potatoes, flourless chocolate cake, Nutella truffles, and more. Angeline’s

Church and Union Charlotte
An Easter Sunday brunch buffet will be offered from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Options include grits, scrambled eggs, deviled eggs, home fries, glazed ham, bacon, sausage links, fried chicken, turkey sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, and more. A dinner buffet will be offered from 5-10 p.m., including broccoli, mashed potatoes and gravy, glazed ham, tenderloin, shrimp cocktail, oyster bar, and more. $60 for adults and $40 for children 12 and younger. Dogwood Southern Table & Bar
Easter brunch includes a three-course menu. Options include french toast, pork belly, spring salad, kale salad, shrimp and grits, fried chicken and biscuits, filet mignon, lamb rack, and more. Dressler’s Metropolitan
The restaurant offers a three-course meal on Easter. Menu options include a classic Caesar salad, Thai calamari, pimento cheese, north atlantic salmon, pan roasted crab cakes, broiled lamb chops, and more. $59 per person. The menu will be served from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Make reservations online.

Mico at Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte
Two options will be offered, Easter Brunch and an Easter pre-fixe menu. Easter brunch will be held on the Queen Terrace from 11 a.m-2 p.m. There will be chef stations and an option to create a mimosa using cold pressed juices and infused syrups. Easter Brunch is $110. The Easter pre-fixe menu includes smoked bacon, smoked trout, Argentinian coconut seafood stew, maple glazed duck breast, orange creamsicle, a handcrafted cocktail, and more. A three-course Easter brunch menu will be offered from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The cost is $34. The Easter dinner celebration is a three-course, prix-fixe meal.
