Where the Industry Eats: Stefan Huebner
The mixologist’s taste is international and casual

In this series, we ask a member of the culinary industry to share their favorite local restaurants (not including their own) and what they order. Huebner’s order: Crispy quail for an appetizer, and pineapple fried rice with spicy pork and shrimp or the spicy pork vermicelli salad as a main. “This is where I take all my out-of-town people for Vietnamese food,” he says, calling the restaurant’s service the best he’s ever had anywhere in the world.
