Unpretentious Cooking: Easter menu inspiration

This time last year, we were one month into the pandemic, trying to figure out how to cook Easter meals with limited supplies for those in our households. Now, with people getting vaccinated and restrictions loosening, we are starting to gather with a limited amount of family and friends. Whether you’re cooking for a small group or for those in your quarantine pod, spending time with people takes priority over spending all day in the kitchen. Here are a few menu ideas to inspire a delicious Easter brunch or dinner and allow for ample time with the people we’ve missed.
