Q: Where can I find the best sushi in Charlotte?
Kristen: It depends on what you’re looking for! If you want nigiri or sashimi, Prime Fish is fantastic. I think they have the best cuts of fish. I highly recommend doing the tuna or salmon flight. If you prefer rolls, Yama has a consistently delicious selection. O-Ku in South End hosts a happy hour each Monday and Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. with half-priced rolls.

Q: Do you think we have a chance at Greg Collier winning a James Beard Award?
Kristen: I do! I’ve always felt that once Charlotte could get a finalist, sending judges to that restaurant, we’d have a great chance. I’m feeling hopeful for Leah & Louise’s Greg Collier to bring home a win.
