Q: What’s a good pre-theater restaurant in Uptown?
Kristen: Sea Level is so underrated to me! Every meal I’ve had there has been solid, and the food is light enough that you won’t be uncomfortable through a show! The Asbury, Coquette, and Haymaker are other great options.

Q: Do you think we’ll win a James Beard Award this year?
Kristen: I think it’s unlikely, as Jimmy Pearls told us recently they’re planning to leave The Market at 7th Street at the end of the month. Whether this news changes their plans, we don’t know yet. Without a space open, however, there would be nowhere for judges to visit and decide whether they should advance.
