Here’s our list of private dining spaces in Charlotte, in alphabetical order. Prices, where quoted, are subject to change.
Angeline’s, Uptown
Modern, Italian-influenced menu in the form of house-made pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and small plates
Capacity: Up to 34 seated guests in the private dining room, up to 28 guests in the patio. Restaurant is also available for a full buyout. Minimums apply.

Aria, Uptown
Dining room, house-made pastas, and dining options for nearly any party size.
Capacity: Main dining room, 120 seated or 150 for a cocktail reception; second-level dining room, 65 seated or 90 for a cocktail reception. You can also reserve curtained tables, the bar area, or the kitchen-side chef’s table with capacities ranging from 8 to 50 guests.

North Carolina’s only Michelin-starred restaurant offers creative, custom curated dining experiences.
Capacity: Up to ten for the private dining room, up to 18 for full buyout. Will design the meal based on your event. Wine pairings, bottle list, and corkage available.

Irish-inspired comfort food with craft cocktails and a wide range of on-tap beer options.
Capacity: Two private event rooms with a large seating 34 and a small room seating 12. The two can be combined to fit 46 seated and 100 for reception.

Seasonal Southern-inspired cuisine featuring locally sourced ingredients.

Duke Mansion, Myers Park
This bed and breakfast is in one of Charlotte’s few historic homes.
Capacity: The Lineberger Library hosts up to 12 guests; the Dickson Boardroom accommodates up to 15, and opens to a large screened porch, the Ray Dining Room seats up to 50, and the main floor can hold up to 200 for a cocktail reception. Overnight stays can also be scheduled.

21st floor in Uptown with several private and semi-private event options with panoramic skyline views.
Capacity: Up to 60 (seated) or 70 (standing cocktail party style) in the private dining room, also offer two large screen TVs for presentations; cocktail lounge (up to 40 people); and rooftop patio (can be set for parties from 15 to 150) offers fire pits. Full restaurant buyout for up to 500 also available.

Capacity: A total of five separate indoor and outdoor private areas can be reserved for parties ranging from 34-75 people.

Neighborhood favorite known for craft cocktails, fried chicken, and Southern sides.
Capacity: Up to 40 in the closed-in patio, up to 75 in the dining room, and up to 120 for the full restaurant. Buyout prices and availability are based on the date and time of day requested (brunch, lunch, or dinner). Food and drink will be included in the price of the buyout and the price will account for being closed to the general public. Minimums vary.

Merchant & Trade, Uptown
Rooftop bar above the Kimpton offers a stunning view of the city.
Capacity: Can fit up to 125 guests across four separate zones. The indoor/bar lounge fits 25 guests; the outdoor terrace holds 40 guests, a private terrace can host 20 guests, and the lawn can hold 100 guests.
Minimum: Prices to reserve these spaces start at $1,000 and range to $12,000. Couch reservations are available for small groups, beginning at $6,800.
