Here’s where to get discounted meals for little ones in Charlotte

It’s August, which means summer is slowly coming to an end for kids. But, there’s still time to make memories as a family and eat tasty food in the midst. If you’re looking for places where kids can eat free or cheap, check out this list before heading out in Charlotte.
Afton Tavern, Concord
On Mondays, kids 12 and under can order from the kids menu for free with the purchase of an adult entree.
Carolina Ale House, multiple locations
Tuesday is kids night from 5-9 p.m. Children 10 and younger can eat for $.99. Entree purchase is required. Dine-in only.
Dilworth Neighborhood Grille, Dilworth
Monday through Thursday, kids eat free with the purchase of one adult entree until 10 p.m. One child per adult. Available for children 12 and under.
Duckworth’s Grill & Taphouse, multiple locations
Kids eat free all day on Sunday and Monday in Mooresville, Tuesday and Thursday in Ballantyne, Wednesday in SouthPark and Rea Farms, and Thursday in Huntersville. One free kid’s meal per $12 in adult purchases. Dine-in only. Limit one child per adult.
Hawthorne’s NY Pizza, multiple locations
On Tuesdays, children 12 and under can eat free with an adult purchase. Dine-in only.
Mac’s Speed Shop, multiple locations
Children can choose a dish from the kids menu for $2.49 from 5 p.m. until the restaurant closes on Tuesdays. An adult purchase is necessary.
Pizza Peel, Cotswold
When you dine in on Tuesdays and spend at least $10, one child can choose a meal from the kids menu for $1. Ages 10 and under.
Resident Culture Brewing, South End
Tuesday through Thursday, kids can order off the kids menu for free. Side dish and a juice box included. Up to four children per family or two children per parent. Dine-in only. Ages 11 or younger.
Sabor Latin Street Grille, multiple locations
With an adult meal purchase, kids under 12 can eat for $.99 on Wednesdays.
Three Amigos Mexican Kitchen and Cantina, Plaza Midwood
Kids eat free all day on Mondays with an adult purchase.
