    We want you to get to know some of the chefs around town, but aren’t big on stuffy meet-and-greets or formal discussions. Join Unpretentious Palate on Monday, Sept. 16 at Haymaker in Uptown for an intimate dinner with Chef Chris Coleman of Built On Hospitality (Haymaker, The Goodyear House, Old Town Kitchen & Cocktails).

    Each dish will tell a story. As you enjoy the amuse and each of the four courses, chef Chris will explain the story behind the dish.
