Get to know some of the city’s best chef through a one-time-only menu inspired by their lives. Join Unpretentious Palate on Monday, Dec. 9 at 6 p.m. for a Meet the Chef dinner with Andres Kaifer at Customshop.

Customshop has been known as one of the top restaurants in Charlotte for years. Since chef Andres Kaifer bought the restaurant a few years ago, that reputation has only gotten better. Kaifer’s refinement and ability to layer flavor and texture make him one of the top chefs in town — and you have the chance to experience his cooking at this one-time exclusive dinner.

Each dish will tell a story. As you enjoy the amuse and each of the four courses, chef Andres will explain the story behind the dish. There’s no better way to get to know a chef than our Meet the Chef dinners.
