Find “Santa” and win a sandwich at Coco & the Director

Help the restaurant have a little fun this week

Coco & the Director is giving away free sandwiches each day this week to customers who help them have a little fun this holiday season. All you have to do is find where one of the weirdest Santas I’ve ever seen is hidden. “Savage Sammie Santa” will be somewhere in the coffee/sandwich shop through Friday.

Sam Gomez, the chef behind Coco & The Director’s sandwiches, has the nickname “Savage Sammie.” He’s the inspiration for Savage Sammie Santa, which is a twerking Santa with Savage Sammie’s face attached. The outfit is complete with a chefs’ apron and Gomez’s signature facial hair.

The Santa will be placed in his spot by 11:30 a.m., and will be there for finding until 2 p.m. If you’re one of the first three people to find, photograph, and post a photo of Savage Sammie Santa and tag @cocoandthedirector and @savagesammies, you get a free sandwich. Post on two social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook all count), and you also get chips and a drink.

You can only win once, and if you witness Savage Sammie Santa being sleighed to his hiding spot, you can’t win. Not only is that cheating, but you’ll end up on Savage Sammie Santa’s naughty list. —Kristen Wile
