Charlotte area restaurants are teaming up with organizations to show support during Breast Cancer Awareness month by offering drink specials, brunches, and more. If you’re looking for ways to join the fight this month, you can do so by visiting one — or more — of these Charlotte area restaurants.
Ace No. 3, multiple locations
Ace No. 3 will donate $1 from all strawberry milkshake purchases to Carolina Breast Friends and match up to $500.
The Artisan’s Palate, NoDa
“A Witchin’ Drag Brunch” takes place on October 22. There’ll be shareable brunch platters and $5 mimosas and bloody mary cocktails. All proceeds will support Carolina Breast Friends. Purchase tickets online.
The Garrison, Pineville
The restaurant has two pink drinks on the menu: pink smoke and pink lady. A portion of sales from each cocktail will benefit breast cancer awareness. Proceeds will support Nothing Pink.
The Goodyear House, NoDa
The restaurant will donate $1 from each Simply the Breast cocktail sale to a breast cancer research charity. On October 17, there’ll be a 21 Seeds tequila tasting event where a portion of the proceeds from each purchase of a 21 Seeds cocktail will be donated. Drinks include seed paloma, citrus seed breeze, spicy watermelon seed margarita, and seeds and soda.
Margaux’s, Pineville
Margaux’s is supporting Nothing Pink by donating a portion of its Las Lilas/Vinho Verde Rosé sales to the organization.
Mattie’s Front Porch, South End
Chef Lisa Brooks plans to donate 10 percent of ticket sales from her Toast for Tatas brunch to support The Pink House. The dining experience showcases Lowcountry and Southern coastal fare such as small plates of fried chicken, pink velvet waffles, Queen City hash, a pink drink, and more. The event takes place on October 15 from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Purchase tickets online.
Salted Melon Market & Eatery, South End
Salted Melon is partnering with Carolina Breast Friends for its “save the melons” campaign. The market and eatery will donate $2 of each pink martini purchase and $10 of each T-shirt sale to the organization.
Sea Level NC, Uptown
Guests can enjoy this month’s “rising tide” charity cocktail, the Mariposa Rosa. It’s a pink, glittering martini made with 21 Seeds valencia orange tequila, Cointreau, spiced cranberry, and lime. Carolina Breast Friends will receive 20 percent of the cost of each drink sold during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
