Charlotte chefs head to Greenville food festival
Here’s where to find local chefs at Euphoria

Each year in Greenville, South Carolina, a food festival gathers some of the Southeast’s top culinary talent for a weekend of tastings, dinners, and music. Thanks to the city being home to Michelin’s North American headquarters, a number of Michelin-starred chefs join the event. As well as Euphoria Greenville becoming a destination for food-lovers, it’s also become a destination for Charlotte chefs. Here are the local talents taking part in events during Euphoria, Sept. 14-17. Tickets remain for Friday’s Party in the Park and Feast by the Field on Saturday and Sunday.
THURSDAY
Dive In: Shai Fargian, Yafo Kitchen
Euphoria kicks off with a coastal-themed wine lunch at The Lazy Goat.
Aged to Perfection: Shai Fagian, Yafo Kitchen
Sample and purchase a Euphoria Maker’s Mark pick, enjoy food to pair, and listen to live music.
FRIDAY
Palmetto Provisions: Rob Masone, Kounter (Rock Hill)
The 2023 South Carolina Chef Ambassadors hold cooking demonstrations of South Carolina produce with tastings.
Party in the Park: Jamie Barnes, What the Fries

Live music, drinks, and food from regional chefs bring energy to the local ballpark.
