Burke Hospitality is opening a Mexican restaurant

The restaurant will be located in a renovated textile factory

Burke Hospitality is opening a new restaurant, Taco Molino, at Kingsley Town Center in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Kingsley Town Center is a mixed-use space with retail, restaurant, multi-family, hotel, and entertainment spaces located in a renovated textile mill. Current open restaurants are Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, Smashburger, Corkscrew, Epic Chophouse, Spice Asian Kitchen, and Carolina Ale House.

Taco Molino, led by Scott Wallen, Burke Hospitality’s Corporate Executive Chef,  is described as a casual place for drinks and food to relax after a long days work with creative tacos and authentic Mexican cuisine. Burke Hospitality owns Harper’s Restaurant, Mimosa Grill, Upstream, 1801 Grille, and One Catering. An opening date has not been announced, but hiring has begun. We will be following the opening of Taco Malino and update you when we hear more. –Justin Burke-Samson
