BLT Steak launches themed food & drink series
The $35 tasting events will take place once a month

BLT Steak, the Uptown steakhouse attached to the Ritz-Carlton, is kicking off a food and drink series on July 15. The Monday night events will cost $35 a person and take place once a month in the restaurant’s private dining room.
Each evening is themed and includes three beverage samples and three light food pairings by Chef de Cuisine Matt Slezak. The kickoff event is a taste of three rosés with three crudos. Beverage pours are three ounces. The tastings will be casual, with room for 25 guests.

July 15: Rose & Crudo
Three rosés from different regions will be paired with crudos.
August 5: Smoky Wood Flavors
Smokey Scotches will be served alongside smoked vegetable and meat dishes.
September 9: Apertivo Trio
Charcuterie and cheese courses will complement three takes on the negroni.
October 7: Cocktails & Confections
The final night of the series brings three dessert drinks paired with desserts.
