We stopped by WCNC’s Charlotte Today to discuss our upcoming Meat and Potatoes: Redefining Charlotte’s Stereotype dinner. Stoke executive chef Chris Coleman sampled his barbecue goat with host Eugene Robinson, and it was a hit. We’re hosting this dinner on Feb. 10 for two reasons: two show the world Charlotte is more than a steak and mashed potato town, and to introduce diners to different meats that can make our diets more sustainable — and delicious.
