Q&A: Cacio e pepe and pizza

Q: I am looking for the absolute best cacio e pepe in town. I have tried casual places like Mano Bella and heard rumor of Aqua e Vino.
Kristen: My favorite is actually at Aria! They do a fantastic job with the simple dish and have done so for a very long time now. Aqua e Vino is definitely a solid choice for pasta, though! You can also make it at home with this recipe.

Q: Where’s the best authentic Italian pizza in town?
Kristen: I’m a big fan of Pizza Baby East. Tom says Aliño Pizzeria in Mooresville, which I agree is another great option!
