Q: I’m looking for some bitters as a stocking stuffer. Do you have a favorite? 
Kristen: Yes! My favorite bitters are Crude Bitters’ Pooter bitters, which are smoke and salt bitters, which we need to restock at our house! This time of year, I also really enjoy Crude’s Sycophant bitters in place of orange bitters — the fig combined with orange adds an extra festive kick. Assorted Table Wine & Market has a great selection.
