    Valentine’s Day menus around Charlotte

    Here’s what restaurants and delivery services are offering for the holiday


    As Valentine’s Day nears, it’s time to start thinking about how and where you want to spend your time on February 14. If having dinner with your loved one is in the plans, then you may want to start narrowing down options. 

    While there are many great places to dine on one of the busiest nights in the restaurant industry, reservations will be harder to come by than usual due to staffing shortages across the city. Plan to make a reservation soon for Valentine’s Day and the weekend before the holiday. 

    Dine in

    Angeline’s

    Angeline’s Valentine’s Lovers’ Brunch will be a four-course offering inspired by the holiday. The menu includes red velvet lox, blood orange French toast toast bake, strawberry cream doughnuts, and a choice of lobster benedict or chicken and waffles. $65 per couple. Feb.12 and Feb. 13 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Angeline’s will also offer a five-course shareable tasting dinner menu for $120 per couple, with an option to add beverage pairing for $35 per person. Menu includes charred octopus, double cut pork chop, whole grilled lobster, and more. Feb. 11-14. Make a reservation online


    Bulla Gastrobar

    Bulla’s Valentine’s Day celebration runs Feb. 11-Feb 14. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner menu that includes a complimentary toast of sparkling wine. $120 per couple. Make a reservation online


    Chima Steakhouse 

    Chima will offer a package that includes all you can eat, a glass of Champagne, soda, coffee or tea and select dessert. Each couple will receive one complimentary dinner card for a future visit (restrictions apply). $93.90 per person. $73.90 per person for guests who are 21 and younger (excludes complimentary champagne). Feb. 14 from 5-10 p.m. Coupons will not be accepted on Feb.14. Make a reservation online


    Church and Union 

    Church and Union, formerly 5Church, will have a Valentine’s Day three-course prix-fixe menu. The regular menu will not be offered on Feb. 14. The price depends on the entree ordered and ranges from $80 – $125 per person. There’s a 48-hour $50 cancellation policy for the holiday. Make a reservation online


    Coco and the Director 

    Coco and the Director will celebrate Valentine’s Day with buy one, get one coffee. The offer is good for drip coffee from 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. Chef Andres Prussing will create a specialty cronut that will be available Feb. 11-14. 


    Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse 

    Valentine’s Day at Del Frisco’s includes a dinner for two that features steak tartare, shrimp cocktail, 22-ounce bone-in ribeye with two petite lobster tails, and a Godiva chocolate Cheesecake. The menu is available Feb. 13-14. Make a reservation online


    Dogwood: A Southern Table

    A Valentine’s Day menu will be offered on Feb. 14. The three-course menu offers duck and dumplings, NC Shrimp, farm greens, market salad, Joyce Farms chicken, a vegetable plate, and more. $99+. Make a reservation online


    Haymaker

    Chef William Dissen and chef de cuisine Chad Lewis will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a three-course prix-fixe menu. Menu options include beet salad, crispy oysters, duck leg confit, roasted blue house salmon, chocolate sponge cake, and more. Seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. $75 per person.     Fleming’s Steakhouse

    Fleming’s will offer Prime Surf & Turf for two for $230. There’s also an option that includes a filet mignon three-course meal accompanied by your choice of lobster tail scampi or crab-stuffed shrimp starting at $85. Menus are available Feb. 11-14. Make a reservation online


    La Belle Helene 

    La Belle Helene will offer a Valentine’s Day three-course prix-fixe menu. The menu includes beet tartare, PEI mussels, Mi-Cuit Chocolat (molten lava cake, whipped dark chocolate ganache, red sangria gel, pomegranate seeds and cocoa nibs), La Fraise (whipped strawberry ganache, strawberry cinnamon compote, Devil’s Food cake, chocolate milk crumb, milk chocolate chantilly), and more. The regular menu will not be offered on Feb. 14. The price depends on the entree ordered and ranges from $85 – $150 per person. There’s a 48-hour $50 cancellation policy for the holiday.     Napa on Providence 

    Valentine’s Day at Napa includes a three-course prix-fixe dinner. The menu includes crab cake, burrata, dry-aged pork chop, portobello mushroom, coconut ricotta cake, and more. Served nightly from Feb. 12-14. $65+ per person. Make a reservation online


    Stoke

    Stoke’s Valentine’s weekend three-course menu will be offered Feb. 11-13. Menu items include pretzel brioche, mom’s deviled eggs, smoked chicken, glazed pork loin, sorbet, double chocolate brownie, and more. $65+. Make a reservation online.

     

    Takeout 


    Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen

    Create a menu based on what you and your loved ones like. Entrée options are single servings and include beef tenderloin, Frenched chicken, and seared halibut, while sides can be ordered in two family-style sizes. Pick-up or delivery Feb. 10, Feb. 11, or Feb. 14. Order online.


    Patrick’s Gourmet Catering

    The Valentine’s Day dinner includes a first course of lobster bisque with lobster chunks and brioche croutons. Second course includes an arugula salad with burrata cheese, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette. The main course is roasted beef filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable ratatouille, and bordelaise sauce. Dessert is a raspberry tart with crème anglaise. $75.     Something Classic

    Something Classic has two options for the holiday that serves two. The Breakfast in Bed package offers Something Classic bloody mary, choice of farmhouse breakfast strata, fresh fruit, strawberry basil scone, and more. Order the Breakfast in Bed package online. $49.95. The Valentine’s Day dinner offers beef short rib and wild mushroom strudel, local sweet potato bisque, cast iron seared Scottish salmon, and more. Order the Valentine’s Day dinner online. $135. Delivery for both options in the Charlotte area on Feb. 12 from 10 a.m- 3 p.m. Order by midnight on Feb. 8.


    Your Fams Your Table

    The three-course menu includes lobster bisque, jumbo lump crab cake and glazed pork tenderloin, and raspberry chocolate tart. $40 per person. Orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on Feb. 11. Orders will be delivered on Feb. 14 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Order online
