11 taco spots — both authentic and Americanized — share the tacos they wish more diners ordered
Beef, chorizo, and shrimp tacos are typically what comes to mind first when thinking of tacos. What tacos are we passing over in favor of the classics? We asked servers, chefs, and owners of 10 local Mexican restaurants to share the tacos they wish diners wouldn’t overlook.
Cabo Fish Taco, NoDa
Most underrated taco: Honey-soy glazed salmon tacos
What’s in it: Grilled salmon tossed in honey-soy glaze with mixed greens, guacamole, tomatoes, cheese, and honey wasabi sauce
