Q&A: Private dining rooms, home liquor tastings

Q: Do you know of anyone who would come to our house and do an outdoor liquor tasting (bourbon?) for some neighbors?
Kristen: I do! I’m not certain that doing so would be approved by the ABC, however, so I’ll send you an answer privately.

Q: Do you have any suggestions to help me find a casual private dining room for not a big party? I have 8.
Kristen: Here are some ideas for you: Midwood Smokehouse on Park Road, Napa on Providence, Stoke, Café Monte, or The Asbury. As there are so few events right now, I’m sure restaurants will be happy to accommodate a smaller party in a dining room meant for a bigger group.

Q: Best restaurants with private dining rooms?
Kristen: It really depends on the party size! If you’ve got more specifics, let me know. Some of my favorites are at Aria, Fin & Fino, and Haymaker’s mezzanine.
