Q: Is there anywhere that has cheese plates — like Orrman’s level — that are grab-and-go? I often want one but don’t have time to order then wait. 
Kristen: Not on that level, because the cheese really shouldn’t be sitting with accoutrements for that long. However, you can order online at places like Orrman’s, The Culture Shop, and Mere’s so that the board is ready to be picked up when you need it!

Q: Do you have any plans to add beer coverage of local breweries? 
Kristen: I’d love to, but we definitely need the right person to write it — I’m not a beer drinker myself, and most of our staff is made up of wine and cocktail people. If you know of anyone who might be a good fit, let us know!
