Q: Is Bistro la Bon reopening?
Kristen: From what I’ve heard, no. The restaurant had a kitchen fire last year, which took place just before the restaurant’s lease was up and would have closed anyway. We reached out to Bistro la Bon’s owner for an interview, but haven’t heard back. We hope to update you soon. We’ll miss Bistro la Bon — it was on the cusp of Charlotte’s culinary scene becoming what it is today.
