THE STYLE: Medium soft with a slightly funky aroma and silky texture.
FLAVOR PROFILE: This cheese will melt in your mouth like butter. Many goat cheeses are chalky – not this one. Cut off the edible orange soft rind and the earthy light funk goes away.
HOW TO ENJOY: Serve with green grapes, crisp apple slices, or melt it on a tomato sandwich. You can also add it to mac and cheese.
