The Style: Creamy texture with an edible rind and a hint of goat funk.

How to Enjoy: Warm it up to increase its creamy ooze factor, and sprinkle with dried fruit and nuts of your choice. Serve with thinly sliced prosciutto on a slice of baguette. Enjoy with mild green olives on a bed of delicate green lettuce.
