Flavor Profile: Mild tasting with fresh grass, herbs, citrus, and pistachio.
How to Enjoy: Warm it up to increase its creamy ooze factor, and sprinkle with dried fruit and nuts of your choice. Serve with thinly sliced prosciutto on a slice of baguette. Enjoy with mild green olives on a bed of delicate green lettuce.
