Our Take: A weeknight wine for winter, this wine is juicy and full of flavor, and best enjoyed with a good meal and a crackling fireplace.
Fun Fact: This is a family-owned winery located in the Santa Ninfa area of Sicily. Brothers and sisters do all the work, including Rosario, who is the head winemaker. The farm has a biodynamic certification, and the grapes are harvested only at night to ensure that the ripeness is protected by the cooler temperatures, and sulfites are not used to protect from rot.
