    The Style: Sheep and goat blend, cut into cubes and marinated in olive oil, garlic and herbs

    How to Enjoy Lots of options here. Drop the squares into an arugula salad; spread onto toasted baguette; add to hot tomato soup; spread on a burger; use in an omelet or frittata.

They produce their cheeses from their own herds of sheep and goats. The solar-powered farm has won sustainability awards for their minimal impact on the land. They also produce chevre and yogurt.
