Supply is limited due to the Covid-19 pandemic
There is a limited amount of local pasture-raised turkeys available for Thanksgiving this year. Several farms, like New Town Farms, are not offering turkeys in 2020 because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The farms that do have turkeys available have a small number available. With the low supply and high demand, farms are taking reservations now for turkey orders.
