Where to find Passover meals to go
Get dinner to go, or delivered to your door

Like most everything else these days, this year’s Passover is going to be different. Although you may not be able to gather like you normally do, you can still put delicious and nutritious traditional Passover meals on the table with the help of some local businesses and religious groups. Here are Unpretentious Palate’s Passover picks for eight days of good eating. —Travis Mullis
Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen has both pickup and delivery options for its Passover menu that includes mains like braised brisket and roast chicken, and a seder plate pack. Food can be delivered anywhere in Charlotte and the surrounding communities for a $25 delivery fee that goes to the driver and service company. (SOLD OUT)
The Chabad Center for Jewish Life is also doing both pickup and delivery of Passover foods through Kosher Charlotte. Gefilte fish loaf, Moroccan salmon, and potato kugel are some of the dishes you can order online. Simply choose a date and time for pickup or delivery on their website.
Order from Ernie’s Smokehouse today, Monday, by 5 p.m. to have your meal ready for pick-up on Wednesday. On the menu are dishes including brisket, Matzoh ball soup, and chicken. Each dish serves four, and food is also available for delivery.
If you’re looking to make your own meals for Passover, Gleiberman’s Kosher Mart has everything you’ll need. Supervised by Rabbi Yossi Groner of Congregation Ohr HaTorah, the fresh meats, groceries, and baked goods on offer are strictly kosher. Located off Sardis Road in South Charlotte, Gleiberman’s is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays.
