Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack will open its fourth location later this summer in Fort Mill, SC. Part of the Noble Food & Pursuits restaurant group, it is currently renovating the former Coleman’s Garage auto shop at 314 N. White Street — across from Walter Y. Elisha Park.

“We are excited to open our first South Carolina location in the tight-knit community of Fort Mill,” says owner Jim Noble. “We look forward to being a fixture in Fort Mill and we’re honored to bring the historic Coleman’s Garage building back to life as a gathering space, nestled in between two of Fort Mill’s main attractions: Anne Springs Close Greenway and downtown Main Street.”

Southwick Architecture + Interiors designed the new Fort Mill location which encompasses 2,300 square feet and will offer indoor and outdoor seating for approximately 130 patrons. Upon opening, Bossy Beulah’s will be open seven days a week for both in-person and online orders.

Bossy Beulah’s opened its original location in November 2019 on Freedom Drive which remains open. It also has locations in South End and Winston-Salem.

The spot is known for its signature fried chicken breast sandwich, “The Beaut” – made with Carolina and Georgia-raised chickens, raised without the use of antibiotics or growth stimulants — along with other chicken dishes, sides, and desserts.

No exact opening date for the Fort Mill location has been announced.

Noble Food & Pursuits owns and operates Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen, Noble Smoke, The Jimmy, The King’s Kitchen, and Copain in addition to Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack.
